Verbum Dei Community Newsletter

Every Student. Every Day. Whatever It Takes.#ThisSchoolWorks

A Prayer for Peace.

Our Verbum Dei Community has been hit hard this month. Many of our faculty, staff, and students have lost loved ones and others were hit with bad news regarding the health of family members.

Let us pray together for peace for ourselves, family, and community.

A Prayer for Peace

Lord, I come before you ready to pour out my worries, anxieties and fears at Your feet. Bring a peace into my soul that passes all worldly understanding and make me a light for others to see Your strength.

Amen

Grad at Grad

The Grad at Grad is a list of six characteristics that all Jesuit, Cristo Rey schools hope their graduates will embody. For Verbum Dei, this list represents the overall goals of our academic, athletic, and spiritual programs.
