Painful decision making is not made up till the last moment; if there even is one, it waste time and emotion
Impulsive
Impulsive decisions are made quickly and usually have no planning. It also lacks attention to strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
Compliant
Compliant decisions are not fully committed and you usually have someone else to decide for you. The decision maker does not have ownership.
Delaying
Delaying decision are because of loss of control and procrastination. They can create negative outcomes
