Optional Gifted Testing
Optional Summer Testing - Please note the registration deadline is Friday, August 7, 2020.
An optional administration of the InView ability test and MAP tests for gifted services will be offered for 2020-2021 third through sixth graders on Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th. (All other grades will have an opportunity after the school year starts.) The InView test takes approximately 2.5-3 hours to administer while the MAP test takes approximately 45-60 minutes per subject - reading and math.
We will adhere to the district's safety protocols and also require that any student who signs up for testing wears a mask. Once we receive all the registrations, groups will be created and staggered times will be assigned to avoid crowds congregating. You will receive an email on Friday with the time, location, and further instructions for testing.

Updating Final Forms
As in the past, we need ALL parents or guardians to log into Final Forms and update any necessary changes for our 2020-2021 school year ASAP. Also newly added is a Covid-19 Parent Agreement that must be signed before the school year begins. You are required to sign the forms at the beginning of each new school year. A signature is also required after any update or as additional forms are added.
We are asking that ALL parents of students log into FinalForms and complete their forms for the 2020-2021 school year ASAP so that potential issues/problems/questions can be addressed before our return to school in September. Some forms require a student signature.

Shopping at AvesHangar.com
We offer free contactless delivery within the District (including any school locations for teachers and staff) on all orders $19.99 and above, as well as curbside pick up at the Sycamore High School main office/theatre entrance on Wednesdays in August from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., beginning this Wednesday, August 5. If that time doesn't work for you, please reach out, and we will do our best to work out other arrangements.
As always, enjoy tax-free shopping at the Aves Hangar. As a non-profit organization, we never charge tax on any items.
