Fall Festival

The Fall Festival for kindergarten and first grade students will be held on Monday, October 31st. In the event of rain, outdoor activities will be moved inside. This is a costume free event. Second grade will have their Fall Festival on November 1st.

Second Grade Field Trip

The second grade students will go on a field trip to a local farm this Monday, October 31st. Please make sure your second grader is on time for school. The buses will leave at or around 9:30 a.m. If you are a confirmed chaperone, please make sure you are at school by 9:15 to check in with your child's teacher.

Virtual NAACP Parent Meeting

There will be a virtual NAACP parent meeting on November 17th at 7:00 p.m. The Zoom link for this meeting will be sent out in the early afternoon on the day of the meeting.

Outdoor Lunch Option in Cooler Weather

Thanks to many parent volunteers, we are planning to continue outdoor lunch option through the winter, from Nov. 9 until at least March 3. Note that this will be contingent on having enough volunteers every day. Families who have already signed up for outdoor lunch option do not need to sign up again. Your child will continue to be included on the list for outdoor lunch option. If your child is currently on the outdoor lunch list, but you do not wish for them to continue eating outside in cooler weather, please email laura.e.petes@gmail.com by Nov. 4 to indicate that you would like your child(ren) removed from the outdoor option list. As a reminder, if a child chooses not to go outside, they will be allowed to eat inside. Those without permission will not be given the option to eat outdoors.

If your child is not currently enrolled in the outdoor lunch option and you are interested in having them join, you can complete the form linked below by November 6, 2022.
