A message from Principal Neff
We would greatly appreciate if you could encourage your student(s) to have their camera on during live meetings with their teachers. Being able to see them makes for a much more engaging and interactive environment as well as helps the teacher to assess how they are doing, similar to when we were with students in person.
We understand that there may be situations where a student won't have their camera and in those circumstances the teacher may ask the student to respond to questions verbally, in the chat bar or to submit some work to indicate that the student is actually present during class.
Students and parents are encouraged to communicate with their teachers, counselor and or administrator about any issues so that we can support them through the challenge(s). Don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or by calling 805-474-3200.
Sincerely,
Mr. Dan Neff.
