Paws for PRIDE . . .
We are celebrating the character trait of DETERMINATION for the months of November and December. Congratulations to last week's Paws for PRIDE winners: Christian Curanzy, Olivia Carroll, Mrs. Wallace, Avery Merz, Nathan Kazmiroski, RJ Beekler, Arianna Bannon, and Fiona Matkowski.
These students and teachers were chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination & Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Clearances? - Let Us Help You!
We are happy to announce that we will be providing an opportunity right here at Titus for parents to get their clearances required by the district. On Monday, November 21st (our first conference day) from 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm a representative will be here to collect your paperwork and complete fingerprinting.
You must complete the required paperwork online prior to coming to Titus to finish the process. Please bring in the original online clearance documents from your background checks. You also need to pre-register for fingerprinting and bring the print out with the PAE number that is your registration number.
Come prepared with the originals, get your fingerprints with us, and the paperwork will be collected and sent to the district. You will receive a volunteer card as proof of your completed paperwork for volunteering. Moving forward, you will not be permitted to volunteer in the building in any capacity without this card.

Veterans' Day - November 11th
Attention US Active Duty Military and Retired US Military Members:
Family members, of any current student or staff member, who serve or served in the United States military are invited to start your Veterans Day with us on Friday, November 11th. As we gather as a school, we would simply like to acknowledge the veterans in our families. If you can join us on Friday, November 11th at 8:30 AM, please RSVP by November 4th by sending in this form or by emailing Mrs. VanVreede or Mrs. Schorpp
FOR SECURITY REASONS, YOU MUST RSVP. WE NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHO WILL BE COMING INTO OUR BUILDING. A RSVP IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION ON 11/11.
Parents, due to limited space, thank you for understanding that this whole school gathering is for Titus students and staff as well as military members only.
Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF
UNICEF stands for the United Nations Children’s Fund. This is a special organization that brings basic needs to children around the world – clean water, education, food, and medicine. Titus has been participating in Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF for many years. It is our little contribution to our global community, especially to children who are not as fortunate as we are.
Bring your trick-or-treat box back to school next week and we will collect all the money from Titus and send our donation to UNICEF. The total money we collected as a school will be published in the Tiger Times in November. Thank you for taking action to make the world a better place.
Attention 4th Graders!
