workshop for children 7-14

You can sew too!!

BluDahlia will be in Brooklyn doing what they do best, sharing their craft with eager students.

This 2-day, 6 hour workshop is for children who wish to learn how to use sewing machine:

  • October 27th from 11am- 2pm
  • October 28th 11am- 2pm

In addition to learning basic functions of the sewing machine and how to sew a straight line,

START AND COMPLETE 3 of the following projects...

  • a cell phone pouch
  • a purse, fanny pack, or messenger bag
  • earrings, hair clip, or bow tie

Students are encouraged to express their creativity.

Work shops are taught by Dahlia Wigfall and Cyan "Blu" Jeffries together with 14 years of experience.


All materials included (sewing machines, trim, fabric, etc.)


Cost of workshop:

  • $150 for 2 day workshop.
  • $100 for 1 day
