How does the type of circuit affect the lights?

Test 1
Hypothesis: If the Christmas lights are arranged in a parallel circuit, then when one light bulb is burst the bulbs light up.

Observations 1
I notice that when i removed one light bulb, the other two light bulbs were still light up. As i removed the other light bulb, the last light bulb was still light up.
Parallel Circuit
All the light bulbs are light up.
One removed
When I removed one bulb, the other two still light up.
Two removed
As I removed the second bulb, the last bulb is still light up.
Test 2
Hypothesis: If the Christmas lights are arranged in a series circuit, then when one bulb burst the bulbs won't light up.

Observations 2
I noticed that when I burst one light bulb, the other light bulbs didn't light up. When I also burst another light bulb, it still didn't light up.
Series Circuit
All the lights were light up.
One burst
When I removed one, the others turned off.
Two burt
The same thing happen when i removed another light bulb and the bulb didn't light up.
Conclusion
A parallel circuit is the best series to use for Christmas lights because when I removed one light bulb, the other light bulbs weren't affected and were still light up.
