Information For Pathfinder Families / May 30th
----------------------------------------------------------
Thank You!
This will be my final newsletter to you as Principal of Pathfinder Elementary. I want to thank you all for the support and love you have provided our staff. During my time at Pathfinder we have had many celebrations, accomplishments, missteps, laughs and some tears. We have worked through a construction project and a pandemic. Since Pathfinder opened in 2008 I have been fortunate enough to be the principal and during that we have educated and cared for over 7,000 students!
It is without saying that I am going to miss everything about Pathfinder, but know that I will still be in the district in a new role. My passion to enhance the student learning experience will not waver.
I leave you with this. I told my staff at our end of the year celebration that they need to celebrate the private victories. I mentioned that they need to focus on themselves by taking care of their social, emotional, and mental well-being because you can't get it right with "We" if you can't get it right with "Me". This all starts with just being a good human. My father always had the motto of "Do Good, Be Good". Since his passing I have continued to live this motto everyday. It is pretty simple...elementary some might say! Be nice to people, try to do good for your family, school, community, and just be happy!
Thanks for a great run as your Principal!
Do Good! Be Good!
Dr. Devin Doll

Leader In Me Parent Survey
Below you will find a link for our Leader In Me Parent survey. The data collected will help us determine our effectiveness with our Leader In Me program and how it impacts families. A similar survey will be administered to students and our staff to gain their feedback as we continually look for ways to improve. Our goal is to have at least 100 parents take the survey! We have only had 46 parent take the survey! Please help us meet our goal!
Thanks,
Dr. Doll and Dr. Bohn
