Important News for You!
Dear Thomson Families,
What a beautiful stretch of weather we are having! I can tell by the pinks of cheeks that the kids are spending lots of time outside. Additionally, I am hearing stories of trips to the park, bike rides, and sporting activities. As the days get longer and we inch toward the end of the year, it is important that we all try to maintain daily routines, including bedtimes, as much as possible. There is still lots of learning taking place and kids learn best when they have full tummies and are well rested.
By now, I am sure that most of you have heard that I will be moving to Gates Elementary as the principal there in the fall of 2022. This was not an easy decision because I love this age group and the staff here at Thomson, but I am excited to continue the educational journey with our Thomson Teddies that will be moving to Gates for 1st grade in the fall. As the saying goes, "Once a Teddy, Always a Teddy" and I will carry the ten years I spent in this building with me always.
Respectfully,
Natalie Miller
Proud Thomson Principal
