What is Winter Wars?
Picking up where our fall program left off, Winter Wars is a 10-Week crash course in weightlifting and resistance training fundamentals. Whether you are looking for someone to show you the ropes in the gym, or just keep you motivated while you are there, we havve put together a program that makes the best use of your time. Keeping with our theme, we meet every weekend from December 1st thru February 2nd. For anyone who wants to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently, this one that you do not want to miss.
