Take a look at your evening meal and what do you see? Common foods that are so much a part of daily sustenance that you would hardly suspect they originated in another country. But it is true. Bread is the most common food all over the world. There are different types of food. Do you know bread coming from China? It is brown and yellow and is steamed. It is soft and sticky. It smells of cocoa, it is special and delicious!!!


Eating fruit and vegetables provide health benefits. There are different types of fruit and vegetables all around the world. Italy boasts an incredible variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
