No such thing as a schedule
I have now spent almost two months in Greece and there's one thing I have definitely not gotten used to: the lack of importance they give to time. Shops and museums open late and close early with no regard to their posted hours. They eat and sleep later than Americans and don't care at all about punctuality. It's not necessarily a bad way to live, it is just so different from the rigid time constraints I am used to as an American.
