Welcome Back!

As we begin the school year, the School Counseling Department at Wachusett Regional High School would like to welcome back all of our students and extend a warm welcome to all of our incoming freshmen and transfer students.

Again this school year, the school counseling department has undergone some slight changes, but our mission remains constant. We strive for excellence, and in doing so we hope to provide our students with the help and support that will ensure their educational needs are met. Mrs. Lauren Clark has taken on the role as Director of School Counseling. She is looking forward to this new position!

The counseling department would like to welcome new school counselor, Mrs. Brittany Hanna, to the team! Mrs. Hanna has a Master's in School Counseling from Assumption College and BA in Sociology from UMass Dartmouth. She has experience in a residential mental health treatment facility, school and outpatient clinical counseling and high school and career counseling. She loves spending time with her family, going on road trips, anything and everything related to the Fall season, interior decorating, horseback riding, the beach, music, reading and traveling. And coffee - lot's of coffee!

Our department would also like to welcome intern, Mrs. Katie Kilcoyne. Mrs. Kilcoyne is currently attending Assumption College to obtain her Master's in School Counseling. In her free time she enjoys being outside and working out. She is a Wachusett grad and can't wait to be back as an intern! Mrs. Kilcoyne will be working primarily with school counselor, Mrs. Jen Reilly, this school year, 3 days a week.

We welcome Mrs. Hanna and Mrs. Kilcoyne to the team!
