What you need to survive

  • Shelter and warmth
  • Unfrozen water
  • Dry clothing
  • Oxygen
  • And Food

Safety and protection

  • Don't touch water or metal it will freeze blood immediately
  • Use lots of warm clothing and warm baths
  • Hyperthermia and Frostbite are common
  • Temperature rarely exceeds 50 degrees
  • If you have them bath should be between 100-108 degrees
  • The warmer you are the better
