MESSAGE FROM MRS. DENISON
Dear Little Bucks Families,
The word for the month of February is "Kindness". Not only do we teach our Little Bucks to be respectful, responsible, and safe, we also include to be kind. We recognize acts of kindness through Buck High Fives and Buck 3 tickets.
This is a busy month with the 100th Day of School, Valentine's, Heart, President's Day, Penny Wars PTO fundraiser, Black History Month, and focusing on random acts of kindness. We have a lot to do and cover before spring break!
If you know of a family that has a child that is ready for preschool or kindergarten for the 2023/24 school year, our Preschool and Kindergarten registration will be coming up the end of March. Information will be posted on the district website in early March.
Stay tuned for upcoming information on activities for March Is Reading Month!
If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach me by Class Tag, phone, or email and I will be happy to speak with you.
Stacey Denison, Principal

Michigan Gateway Community Foundation and Honor Credit Union will be collecting deposits on Thursday, February 16th! WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE LOOK OUT FOR LITTLE BUCKS OF THE WEEK!
We model and teach what we expect to see from students with the Buck 3. Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. Next week will be our first week to choose students that have been working hard at following the Buck 3. Pictures will be displayed on our wall for the entire school to see on their way to lunch and names announced during our announcements.
A signed certificate will come home at the end of the week and their names will be shared in Ottawa's Update over the weekend for families!
Congratulations to this week's Little Bucks of the Week! We are so proud of you and appreciate the example you lead for others at Ottawa! Keep up the phenomenal work!
