BCS STAFF NTouch MSG
May 21 Payroll Report Dates, Pay Request Form, Contract Info
Dear BCS Staff,
Many of you are involved in high school celebration activities, honoring students as they prepare to move programmatic levels, or assisting families with pick up and delivery of personal items. Whatever your involvement is at this time of the year, we can all agree, it is probably different then what we have known to be normal. Because it is different, it takes more time to plan and organize. I assure you that when your students see you and the efforts you have put forth on their behalf, you will be rewarded two times over.
Below are a few items you may have received this week via K12 email. They pertain to payroll dates and delivery of compensation. Please review them, and if action is needed, respond as requested. You will also find guidance for returning employment contracts, and for pick up and delivery of personal items at school. These, too, need your attention.
On behalf of your Board of Education, I want to thank you once again for the phenomenal and quick pivot made by all our staff members to continuing providing the best instruction and services to our students and their families. Your instructional efforts have been amazing and school teamwork to provide all that was needed for each and every student has been recognized by an entire community who appreciates and understands your role in the life of their children.
Have a fantastic long weekend, and next week let us take this unprecendented school year over the finish line.
Be well, stay safe.
Patrick K. Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
HOW DO I RETURN MY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT?
BCS Guidance for Retrieving Student Belongings and Closing Facilities
The following guidance is to be used to assist in protecting the health and safety of school personnel as schools are opened for students to retrieve their belongings and for them to return school-issued property. Additionally, it will be useful as school employees prepare to close schools for the end of the academic year. Open and read detailed instructions in the attachment below.
