4th Grade Weekly Update
Week of March 4- 8, 2024
A Message from the 4th Grade Team
Greetings Parents,
We are springing forward quite nicely in the 3rd quarter. Now if only the weather would cooperate.
Please remember to check in with you students regarding permission slips for:
- Dismissal
- Jazz Festival
Below are a few reminders/ housekeeping things:
- Medication- if your child has to take a prescription medication, please let the nurse as well as the teachers know especially if they are on a strict schedule.
- Lunch- if you plan on ordering your child lunch, it should be here by 12, not later than 12:30 and left at the security desk clearly labeled and any special instructions.
- Dismissal during inclement weather- for safety and security reasons, please stand at the end of the ramp on Jonquil rather than in the doorway so that we can see everyone and make sure that students are leaving with the correct person.
Thanks!

Students wrote job advertisements for a geologist of their choice where they had to use evidence to discuss the different qualifications a potential applicant would need to apply for the job.
