The Back to School Training is a free one-day event put on by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE). The day will kick-off with a video demo and panel from the Indiana culinary trainings followed by multiple break- out sessions. This training is geared towards Food Service Directors, Managers, and Business Officials. Attendees will leave with the most up-to-date and thorough information from different areas within school nutrition to ensure that sponsors will be set up for a successful school year.
Agenda
Registration will be from 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. ET. Attendees are invited to arrive during this time to check-in and visit some informational booths lead by community partners.
The training will again have three different key areas that sessions will focus on:
- Programming and Operations
- Administrative Review
- Finance and Procurement
