From The Principal's Desk
Dear Parents
Welcome back to all of our TPS students and families for the first day of Term 3. I hope that you have had the opportunity to enjoy some all-important family time over the last couple of weeks.
It has been great to see the children back so settled, refreshed and full of enthusiasm as we begin exploring this term’s concept of ‘Entertainment’ together. Following on from our Science focus last term, this offers an ideal counterpoint as we shift the focus onto creativity, imagination and The Arts, culminating in the much-anticipated Junior School production later this term.
Among the various class trips and syndicate activities also lined up for this term, a few highlights to look forward to include; Gymnastics at Lynrey, Interschool Netball & Soccer, our Walking School Bus promotion (see below) and last - but by no means least - the annual school disco.
This term, we also welcome Robyn Cochrane to the full-time teaching team as she joins us to open our Rm 13 new entrant class of young learners.
So, I'd like to welcome everyone back once more and leave you with a reminder to take part in our BOT survey if you have not yet had an opportunity to do so, which is still live, by clicking on the link below:
