A rather in-depth discussion about insects for the younger GT kids brought up praying mantises. I have an egg pod and some caterpillars on the way so we can watch them hatch! They will be delivered March 1!

The Bluff Dale Guidelines for our chapter of National Junior Honor Society are available on our website. Applications will be coming soon and the induction ceremony will be held in April. NJHS is for 7-9 graders who show demonstrate leadership in scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
