3 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE 5-1AM AND 12-8AM SHIFTS!
5-1 recently welcomed Kelsey Schooley and Maggie Derethik on as permanent employees! Both have done an excellent job helping the ModGirl with empathetic, efficient and friendly service. 12-8 recently welcomed Erin Tuite as a permanent employee as well! Erin is extremely friendly and always does her best to provide great service to our customer. I'm so excited to have them as permanent team members!
Emily and Kate are working on adding another 5-1 ModStylist to their team! So far, 4 of my agents have shown interest in pursuing this as an additional project, including three new hires! No news yet on who has been chosen but we'll have the deets soon. I'm excited to have another ModStylist to help with style, sizing and fit questions,
This year, Last Hurrah barely felt like our usual 70% sale but that's not to say we weren't busy! 5-1 took a total of 2,170 interactions. We managed to come out the other side with a 99.14% call response rate and most of the advocates at a 7.0 IPH or higher! For such a "young" team (we have four new hires!), these metrics are phenomenal. I'm so proud of my team for taking the sale interactions in stride and for focusing on providing great service and of the entire department for being so willing to go with the flow regarding all the policy changes!
