Recipes are back!
Roasted Okra Recipe- Corrected
Oops! Parts of the recipe were missing in last week's newsletter. I accidentally deleted text from step #3. See the corrected version below. Also, note: I tried this recipe and it was delicious!! -Katharine

2. Wash and trim the top off the okra.
3. Cut the okra in 1/2 in rounds and put in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a teaspoon or two of paprika or cayenne if you dare. Toss until all okra is covered.
4. Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Spread the okra in a single layer. Pop it in the oven. Roast for 10 minutes. Take it out, turn it over, put it back in for another 10 minutes (longer if you want it crispy).
Eat and enjoy right away! :)
