Lead Positive Change
Join us Wednesday, August 16 from 10:00AM to 12 noon
This two-hour session will introduce participants to Appreciative Inquiry, a method for implementing change that is rooted in leveraging people’s strengths and collaborative abilities to initiate lasting, powerful change in an organizational group.
Course Competencies:
By the end of the course, participants will:
- Recognize and work with the fundamentals of Appreciative Inquiry, including discovery and design
- Work through a simple Appreciative Inquiry process
- Create thoughtful, meaningful questions for their own Appreciative Inquiry initiative
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will have the tools to:
- Explore appreciative inquiry with their team
- Apply the five key principles of Appreciative Inquiry: constructionist, simultaneity, poetic, anticipatory, and positive
