Correcting Connectivity Issues with School iPads

Dear D103 families,


This e-notice is a follow up to our earlier message about internet connectivity. Due to the amount of traffic traveling through our network, iPad internet connectivitiy is extremely slow.


Please take a moment to follow these steps to help improve your iPad wifi speed.


Step 1: On the iPad, tap the gray Settings icon as seen in the picture to the right

Step 2: On the left hand side, tap “General”

Step 3: On the right hand side, tap “VPN” (not the VPN under Bluetooth)

Step 4: On the right hand side, Next to “District 103 Student VPN” tap the Blue Circle with an “i” in it as seen in the picture to the right

Step 5: Tap the toggle button next to “Connect on Demand” so that it turns gray.
