BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT SUCCESS!
CCMS had a great turn out for open house! 6th grade students had a new student orientation and students found their lockers and brought supplies to start the year!
At PHS, high school students showed their spirit, freshman attended orientation and PHS hosted a Meet The Coaches Night! It was a great time to meet and visit with our coaching staff and learn about the opportunites at PHS. The Tiger Nation spirit store showed off new merchandise and the CCR3 school board, with help from Dr. Steggall, fed everyone at their hot dog cookout!

PARENT/STUDENT CHROMEBOOK INFORMATION
The district-provided devices will be used as instructional & learning aides for students. The initiative supports the schools' curriculum which is becoming more technology driven with a move toward electronic textbooks and more computer-based assignments.
In order for your student to receive their chromebook, students and parents must read, sign, and return the following documents:
1. Acceptable Use Policy
2. Media Web Consent Form
3. Parent/Student Handbook and User Agreement
**Each student must also insure their device. Cost for insurance is $40.00 for HS and $20.00 for MS.
Documents are available in school offices or on the district website at www.ccr3.k12.mo.us.
Why technology is so important:
- 98% middle/high students own a digital device.
- 27% of students say their laptop is their most important tool in the backpack.
- 38% of students say they can’t go 10 minutes without using a digital device.
- 75% of students say they would not be able to study without technology.
- 46% of students say they are more likely to do their homework if it is on their digital device.
- 80% of students use digital devices to write or research for class homework.
