What will we learn!
Units of Study:
Quarter 1- Earth's History and Changes through time
Quarter 2 - Chemistry , matter , Properties and Changes
Quarter 3 - Disease Agents, Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology
Quarter 4 - Ecosystem interactions, Earth's Water and Water Quality, Energy forms, and Transformations.

Class Expectations:
Classroom Expectations:
1) Respect yourself, teacher and other students at all times. Let's preserve a positive learning environment.
2) Put forth your best effort at all times.
3) NO CELL PHONES DURING CLASS TIME.
4) No food or drinks in the classroom except water.
5) Bathroom Policy: No bathroom breaks during the first 10 minutes and the last 10 minutes of class time. Use a hall pass and put your name ( one boy and one girl to use the bathroom at a time ) on the board before you leave the classroom and erase your name after you walk back.
6) Find missed work ( also for absence ) in Canvas. You are responsible for your missed work.
7) Let's use hand signals and be efficient in communication.

Grading Policy:
We will have warms ups, exit slips, classroom work, discussions, Quizzes, and tests which will be graded EQUALLY. Check powerschool for your grades.
A - 90-100
B - 80-89
C - 70-79
D - 60-69
F - 59 and below
