Staff Update

Arrival
Hallway Expectations
We have been having some issues with student not following the hallway expectations. These are posted throughout the hallway and a part of our Pride Procedures and visuals.
You will notice that the last slide of the presentation is a stop sign which states, “The stop sign means, stop and wait for your teacher here.” These are placed at points throughout the building that the students would go out of your sight causing a supervision issue, this is why the stop signs are there. One of the areas that has the stop signs is the middle glass doors. Please note that no student should go up the middle stairs unless accompanied by an adult. These doors are also to remain closed throughout the day for safety reasons. We appreciate your help in reviewing these procedures with your students to allow for safer and quieter hallways.
Privacy Needed Signs
Giving the Basics
If you have students who are in need of hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Please contact nurse Amanda or Mallory so we can make sure our students get the resources they need.
Fundraiser
At the January Site Team meeting we will be discussing the School wide Fundraiser. We would like all teachers to share their ideas.
Below are the notes from an earlier Site Team. Please communicate your ideas with your Site Team Representatives to be shared at the January 2nd Site Team meeting or with Jane.
Site Team Reps should send all ideas to Jane prior to the January 2nd meeting.
