Holiday Greetings
Principal Update
I am looking forward to the holiday season! Many things are happening around the elementary school. As students returned from Thanksgiving break, they began taking the FastBridge assessments in reading and math. Many teachers are also planning fun activities for the month of December to celebrate the Holiday season!
Due to the world we are in, I am sad that our students will not be able to participate in Holiday program. However, Sarah Decker our elementary music teacher is working on a special project with K-5 students that will be shared onto our Facebook page and google classrooms for parents to watch during the week of Dec 14-17.
Elementary Staff wish you a Healthy Holiday Season and we look forward to the new year 2021!

Rhymes are wonderful to help kids with phonemic awareness, which is the building block for strong reading skills. “I’m wearing something warm that rhymes with boat.” “I see something that rhymes with pig.” “There is something green that rhymes with knees.” Continue with other words as you go throughout your day! For more ideas, blogs and videos for parents and reading go to: | Parent Engagement Survey The elementary is part of a state grant and they are wanting parent feedback about how we are doing here at school. Please take a minute to complete the survey. | Math Fact Fluency Here is a fun website that students can go to practice basic math facts. Check it out! |
