A roster/checklist sheet will be provided to each teacher to help account for the iPad, with an “Apple” brick and “Apple” cord. -THIS WILL BE A GOOGLE SPREADSHEET.
Aftermarket bricks and cords are unacceptable and will be invoiced to the parent accordingly.
Bricks and cords must be turned in regardless of the condition. Please wrap cord around the ipad and tuck in the brick.
Teachers do not need to assess brick/cord for damage or misuse.
TEACHERS DO NOT NEED TO WORRY WITH COLLECTING MONEY OR COST
Students not returning all items will be invoiced during the summer.
A box will be provided for teachers to place their classroom set of devices into for summer storage.
Technology will provide name labels for teachers to put on the outside of the device. Teachers affix temporary labels to the devices (please, wait until the last day or so, because the labels may fall off the devices with continued student use) and place their class set into a box provided along with the checklist sheet.
