March 2018
College & Career Week
The week of March 19th-23rd will be College & Career Awareness Week. We will have activities during Eagle Time to get students thinking about their future and possible career paths. Many students wait too long and never adequately plan out their educational and career goals. During this week, students will have the opportunity to explore different occupations so they get a sense of what interests them as well the chance to identify their own strengths and weaknesses. Exposing students to careers helps them understand the relevance of what they are learning and stay on track throughout school.
Visit ohiomeansjob.org (k-12 students) with your student for the opportunity to explore careers at home.
