September Student Celebrations
Ms. Hart's class has been doing a great job identifying character traits and using them to describe characters in the stories they are reading. They can identify 'inside and outside' traits (eg. brown hair, short and friendly, helpful) and discuss how these traits help the characters solve the problems in the story. They are working so hard!
Zachary H shows amazing work ethic in PE! He is determined, tries new things and preservers. Mrs. Burgess
Congratulations to the Peer Ambassadors for leading the LES students in the Character Walk activities. You all demonstrated how to be a LEADER. Your hard work and commitment to the event showed your LES PRIDE! Mrs. Nettleton

Scheduling November Conferences
Again this year, LES will utilize SignUpGenius for conference signups for November parent/teacher conferences! You can access the signup link below or on our website.
- After creating an account for yourself, you will click on the grade level your child is in. Look for your child’s teacher in the left column. After making sure you are signing up for the correct teacher, you will select a date and then a time slot.
We are so excited about this feature and truly hope that you will take advantage of this quick and easy method for signing up for your child’s conference!
