A Thankful Message
As we officially enter into the Holiday Season with the celebration of Thanksgiving, I am reminded of the opportunity to reflect on what is most important. The work we do as educators, parents, guardians, caretakers, and coaches is among the most important because we have the opportunity to influence a future generation that will change the world. In partnership, we have the opportunity to support our students in amazing ways and I want to say thank you for all that you give to your children. You clear paths everyday by providing opportunities, giving your time, serving as a light house, and supporting our school community.
Among the items on my long list of thanks, is the opportunity to be the Lead Learner at KP working with a community of people who are committed to students' academic and social success. May your holiday be filled with peace, laughter and light. From our KP Family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.
Your Partner in Education,

What a Way to Say Thank You to Our Veterans
Thanks to the efforts of students on the Emerald Team on our Day of Giving and the generosity of school wide community, KP raised $1630 for Honor Flight! This amount will provide 3 Veterans with the opportunity to fly to D.C. Thanks again for your support and for sending us such caring students!
November 30th --Last Day to donate movies toward a library for a children's hospital.
