Bits and Pieces
Guys this may be my last newsletter of the year! I have to say this year has flown by, that I LOVE each and every one of my kiddos, and that I am NOT ready to let them go!!! This is a very special group of kids and I know they get this from their amazing parents! You all have encouraged, helped, and supported us all year and for that I am forever thankful! I love you all! They have come so far this year and are more than ready to fly to their 3rd grade "pond".

A Peek Into Our Week
Math-
We have been working on the concept of multiplication - repeated addition, skip counting, equal groups, and arrays. The children are doing great grasping this concept which will help them memorize their facts in 3rd grade.
ELA-
We have finished reading Sarah Plain and Tall and have completed our research on a topic of something from "long ago". Now it to time to start our projects. We are planning on having these done by Friday so we can have them on display in our classrooms. This presentation is going to be simple and 100% child made. You are welcome to visit us at 1:30 to see what we have been up to:)
