Semester 2 Begins Wednesday, Jan. 19
Please note that the beginning of semester 2 now begins on an A-day, Wednesday, January 19th. Students should not leave their semester 1 google classrooms until then.
Adjusted Add/Drop Days
We have adjusted the add/drop days based on the recent school closure and change in exam schedule and the end of first semester.
We have added an extra day, and the last day to drop a yearlong class without a penalty is Tuesday afternoon 1/18 at 2:35 pm. Students must communicate with their school counselor BEFORE 2:35 pm on Tuesday 1/18 either by email or by stopping into the school counseling office on Friday 1/14 or exam make-up day on Tuesday 1/18.
Students who have an error on their second semester schedule should email their school counselor immediately and/or come to the school counseling office on Wednesday 1/19 or Thursday 1/20. On 1/19 and 1/20 the school counselors will make schedule changes resulting from errors only, this period of time is not for general add/drop.
Any student who would like to make a change to their second semester schedule can email their school counselor and/or come to the school counseling office on Friday 1/21 and Monday 1/24. On Tuesday 1/25 we will no longer make schedule changes that have not already been started. There are remaining seats in several electives and we encourage students who have a study hall to inquire about classes that they could add during those times. There are no guarantees that the class you want to add is available, but it never hurts to check! We will not make schedule changes that are intended to result in adding a late arrival or early release.
