6 Week Traditional Yoga Course

This course systematically builds a practise based around the principle elements of Sivananda Yoga. Classes are open to all ages and have been designed for complete beginners. This course provides you with knowledge of traditional yoga and how it is a practise to develop self-awareness and self-love. Over the 6 weeks you will properly learn the 12 basic asana's (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and proper relaxation

Fee: $120 ($20 per class)

About your teacher - Melissa Mai

Melissa completed her Yoga Teachers Training Course under Swami Govindananda at The Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham in Varkala, India. She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. Passionate about the ancient teachings of traditional Yoga, she has studied the Yoga philosophy and embraces the true essence of yoga.
