Key Organs
The lungs, nose, pharynx, bronchi, and the trachea are some of the main organs in the respiratory system. These organs are responsible for the main functions of the system
What the respiratory System does
The function of the respiratory system is to supply the blood with oxygen in order for the blood to deliver oxygen to all parts of the body. The respiratory system does this through breathing. When we breathe, we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. This exchange of gases is the respiratory system's means of getting oxygen to the blood.

Lungs
Responsible for the exchange of gasses, mainly oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Bronchi
these are the pipes by which oxygen enters the lungs and co2 exits.
Nose
The nose takes in the air for oxygen, it to the lungs, the lungs takes in the oxygen and sends out carbon dioxide.
