Sacramento PRAYS
Uniting people to pray in the Greater Sacramento Region.
Connecting with the Father
"For Your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Be exalted, O God, shine above the highest heavens. May Your glory shine over all the earth."
-Psalms 108:4-5 (NLT)
God is moving in Califorinia and His glory, unity and love have shined upon His body in recent Prayer Events, this last month; Decision America with Franklin Graham, at the Capitol and Azuza Now at L.A. Stadium. There was unity, prayer, and the exalting and lifting up of Jesus!
At Azuza Now there were powerful moments with prayer of confession, reconciliation, acceptance and love from many leaders of different cultures and denominations. Seventy thousand people passionately joined together in prayer and worship for fifteen hours at the L.A. Coliseum with periods of rain, clouds and wind. His presence and glory rained down in the natural as well as the spiritual shifting the atmosphere. During the last few hours of worship at one point the clouds parted and the sun peaked through and God's presence filled the Coliseum as if Heaven itself was shining down on us. It was a gathering of truly abiding in the Father's love! Many were blessed with testimonies and healings.
God is doing something new in this season! There is an increased hunger in the body of Christ for unity and revival.
Look forward to seeing all of you at the next Prayer Leaders Fellowship on June 4th. Please join us as we gather together for food, fellowship, and prayer. Carlo Walth will be sharing his journey on Abiding In Christ.
Blessings,
Shaun and Beth
The Time is Now!
Last Saturday, we challenged churches and prayer ministries to gather together and pray for their local schools as a part of the Every School/Every Neighbor Initiative. God is awakening his people to pray! Schools in the communities of Roseville and Arden-Arcade (pictured) were prayed for by local churches who answered the call!
It is not too late! This Saturday Destiny Church in Rocklin is organizing a Love Our City Serve Day to serve their community. (Click here to find out more!) Our challenge is for churches to pray or serve on their school campus on a Saturday before the end of the school year to pave the way for partnership in the upcoming year!
For more information on the Every School/Every Neighbor Initiative or to becoming a participating church follow this link.
