Reading Log
This is a personalized pdf for your school where students will track the minutes they read during the month of March. At the completion of the month, students will use this same log and click on the link “Student Reading Submission Form” or scan the QR code. This directs them to an online form to complete a brief questionnaire and to submit their reading minutes. This form is necessary in order to receive their reward voucher.
Google sheet - Student Reading Submission Responses. When the Submission form on the Reading Log is completed, all the information will populate here for the coordinator to review and give their approval.

family in the Edmonds School District. Our mission is to provide families with the knowledge and skills to
partner with schools and communities to ensure their children achieve their full potential.
At this event, families will gain knowledge on how their child’s school and district function, and how to better
prepare their students for college. This social change program teaches parents how to confidently and
respectfully advocate for themselves and their students within the school system and their community.
Parents will have the opportunity to receive materials, share ideas, and gain clarity on how to support student
learning at home.
