Real Life Example
What were YOU able to do as a child that you may or may not be allowing your own child to be doing today?
Age appropriate chores for children when it comes to clean up for dishes include:
4-5 years old: setting/clearing the table with supervision
6-7 years old: putting dishes away from the dishwasher/dish rack
8-11: wash dishes and prepare simple meals
Typing Club
"Now, more than ever, typing skills are vital for people of all ages, and we want to make sure our students are building these foundational skills. The district has purchased a subscription to Typingclub.com for all 2nd-8th grade students. They can work on lessons at home and school by logging in with their Google accounts. We encourage you to take a look at these activities as your child is working on them--lessons are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate."
