The first amendment
the first amendment allows freedom or relegion, assembly, petition, press, and speech.
Second amendment
It allows citizens the right to bear arms ; guns, and shall not be infringed for having them.
the Third Amendment
the people have their rights weather to quarter soldiers in their house.
the fourth amendment
it prohibits unreasonable search and seizures without a warrant
the fifth amendment
no one will be held for a crime unless they are trialed
the sixth amendment
defendants have the right to have a trial by a jury of people not involved with the case
the seventh amendment
civic trials.
in suits at common laws.
the eighth amendment
excessive bail, fines shall not be required, nor shall unusual punishments.
the ninth amendment
there are peoples rights not addressed in the constitution.
tenth amendment
powers arent delegated from the united states, nor prohibited by the states or the people.
