The winter gazpacho

Introdution:
This traditional foods from here, this is making for the great different of vegetables. This is a delicious taste and a good smell.

- 4 coocked foods

- 1 pepper

- 2 teeth of garlic

- A little coriander

- Crushed tomatoes

- Toasted bread

- Venegar

- Oil

- Salt

- Water


  • Preparation:
First, the potatoes boil and the bread toasts. Then the ingredients blend in a beater except the oil because this blend gently while that all the ingredients blend. Finally, this is ready for that you can put in the table. Now, you only have got that eat.

The Snails.

Recipe:
  • Ingredients:
- 1 bag of snails

- 1 bouquet of mint pepper

- 2 little cayena

- Water

- Venegar

- Salt

  • Preparation:

First, clean the snails with water, venegar and salt. Second boil the snails, for kill the snails. More later we add the ingredients. We boil the snails with others ingredients. Finally, this is ready for that you can put in the table. Now, you only have got that eat.

The Pork Stew.

Introduction:

This is a typical food of Badajoz but this eat here, too. its smell is good and its taste is delicious.

Recipe:
  • Ingredients:
- 1 Kg chopped meat of lamb

- 4 tomatoes

- 2 green pepper

- 1 onion

- 1/2 Kg of potatoes

- 1 glass of white wine

- 1 teeth of garlic

- A little of oregano

- A sweet pepper

- Some of white ground pepper

- Olive oil

- Salt

  • Preparation:
In a pot, throw out the olive oil and we fry the shaved pitted onion. When it is soft, we add the shaved tomatoes and cut in little piece, and the pepper,too.


In another frying pan, move the meat of lamb and its add with the tomatoes, the onion and pepper.

In a pestle and mortar, blend the garlic, the oregano and some of sweet pepper. It blend with the white wine and add to pot. We let cook about an hour. Half an hour before the end, we add the shaved potatoes to soup. We let cook until that the potatoes are cooked and that the meat is soft.

Anise Donuts:

Introduction:

This is a dessert and this is typical from here, too. Its smell is good and its taste is delicious.

Recipe:
  • Ingredients:
- 500g of wheat flour

- 4 eggs

- 1 lemon (zest)

- 1 orange (zest)

- 225g of sugar

- 75 ml of olive oil

- 1 envelope of yeast

- Cinnamom

  • Preparation:

First, in the beater, then mix the eggs with the sugar, until their volume amumente. Then add the lemon and orange zest, milk and anise. And we beat well. Let´s add the oil slowly. After we add the flour with yeast and let a while whisking to mix well. Put the dough in a separate bowl with plastic wrap and put in the fridge to ferment. Finally, there is only doing donuts and fry them with a pinch of cugar and cinnamon.
