Interested in joining a club?
On club days, students attend the first 45 minutes of their regularly scheduled class. In the second 45 minutes of the class, students will attend their club meeting if they are on the roster for that club and if it is meeting during that block. The Club Day schedule will be announced to students before our first club day.

Students have access to the library catalog and a wide variety of online research resources through Canvas and the Library website.
Senior Information Night
Seniors and parents are invited to LBHS to learn about military options, the college application process, scholarships, and completing the FAFSA. Social distancing and masks are required.
- 4:30 to 6:30 PM College and Military Information Booths in Upper Gym

Yearbooks- On Sale Now!
Yearbooks are on sale! You can order a yearbook online at www.yearbooksonsale.com Back to school offer: $60 through October 23rd - FREE icons on the order form Starting October 24th, the yearbook price will be $60 without free icons. Starting November 14th, the yearbook price will be raised to $70 for the remainder of the school year until sold out. Make sure to order your yearbook early if you plan on getting one.
Senior Picture Information
Senior Portrait Information: All Formals and Casuals must be taken by Lifetouch Studios. All poses (casual and formal) must be chosen by Friday, November 19th, and this is the LAST day to guarantee a formal and casual senior portrait in the yearbook. No exceptions will be made! Thank you!
Senior Ads
Senior Ad Prices 1/4 page - (4 pictures max) - $75 1/2 page - (8 pictures max) - $100 Full page - (16 pictures max) - $200 Cash, money order, or check made payable to: Lord Botetourt High School Yearbook Based on the space available, all pictures and text must be appropriate for the ad size. Parents must provide an email and working phone number in order to receive the proof of their child’s ad; otherwise, the ad will be sent to be printed without parent approval. ALL DIGITAL COPIES MUST BE IN JPEG FORMAT; digital copies need to be emailed to lbhsyearbookstaff@gmail.com. You may also drop off physical photos at the school to be scanned and returned.

Major Clarity instructional video has been added to all student’s Google Classroom and is also linked below. This is an opportunity for all students to update their Academic Career Plans, explore career and college options.
We have a School Counseling classroom that we would love for *STUDENTS* to join. This is a way for us to reach out to our student population and support them with whatever needs they may have. Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program is available for students and families that may need extra support or referrals for additional services. The SAP program provides prevention, early intervention, post-intervention, and support services to address substance abuse, mental health support, and contributing risk factors. Important School Dates
September 6: No School for Students and Staff (Labor Day Holiday)
September 9: Senior Class Meetings during 1st and 3rd blocks
September 13: Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic conducted by the Botetourt County Health Department in the LBHS parking lot from 4:00-7:00 PM.
September 24: Club Day (second half of each block) Students must be on a club roster in order to attend. Please see club sponsors if interested in joining a club.
September 28: Jostens Senior Graduation Order Assembly and Sophomore Ring Assembly during the day for 10th and 12th-grade students. Information from Jostens will be sent home with your student.
October 11-15: Homecoming Week (This year’s theme will be “Field of Dreams”
October 11: Senior Information Night in the Upper Gym from 4:30-6:30 and lower gym from 6:00-7:30
October 16: Homecoming Dance will be held on the baseball field. The dress will be semiformal. Time TBD
