Allergies & Medication Reminder

It is very important for D103 families to alert their child’s school nurse if a child requires medication at school or has allergies. Medication and management forms must be turned into your child’s school in case of an emergency. Nurses require new action plans annually.


Medication should be turned into the school nurse by an adult. Medication is picked up at the end of the school year or the school will properly dispose of unclaimed medication.


Please send your forms to your school nurse through one of the following methods.

  • Fax to: Please fax all medical documents to our secured fax location at 847-821-0210. Please include a cover letter with your name and phone number, your child's name, grade level, school, and "Attn: Nurse". For your convenience, please use our medical cover letter when faxing.

  • Mail to: Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 Attn: Nurse, 111 Barclay Blvd. Suite 100, Lincolnshire, IL 60069

  • Drop off forms and medication at your child's school weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Board of Education Meeting

The next Board of Education meeting will occur at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 12. The notice and agenda can be found on the District 103 Board meeting website page. D103 board meetings will be live-streamed each month on our YouTube Channel. Members of the community should attend the meeting at 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire if they would like to make a public comment. The public can also contact the Board at board@d103.org.

The Power of Play - How Play Can Help Children Learn Lessons for Life
In this virtual presentation, parents will hear from Dr. Rebecca Isbell, an internationally renowned educator & speaker on how play can be utilized to help advance learning for children. We will also be joined by Ms. Ann Hofmeier, principal at Sprague School, who will reflect on how teachers at Sprague use play daily to promote educational concepts in their classrooms.
