How to kick a football
It takes a few steps, but you'll get the hang of it
Instances in which you kick the ball in football
When your team makes a touchdown, most of the time you go with the PAT option which is kicking the ball into the field goal post. When the game is about to end and you are only losing by a few points, you kick a field goal which will give you three points. You can kick the ball to the opposing team when you are changing possesion or for the kick-off. Finally, you can kick the ball to the end zone on fourth down to keep them far away from their end zone.
How to kick one
Be away from the ball at a diagonal angle. Make sure your plant foot is where you want it to be when you kick. Run to the ball. Your pace should be 0% to 75% so you can have momentum but still have balance. When kicking the ball jump up and out, avoid crunching, land on kicking foot, and transfer momentum onto planting foot.
