Activating Transformative Leaders in Communities & Cities

Q Commons: Healing our Divided Nation

2017 has been a divided year in so many ways for almost every nation of the world. The forces pulling us apart are strong, can those who lead from a gospel core be stronger? Q Commons is designed to bring together gospel based leaders - especially in times like these. We believe strongly that a key dialogue that Christians need to be having is how we can be part of healing our divided nation, our theme for this year’s Q Commons. We need to come together and be people who heal and are bearers of hope, in whatever form that may take, in your context. National speakers will include David Brooks, an op-ed columnist for The New York Times who appears regularly on “PBS NewsHour,” NPR’s “All Things Considered” and NBC’s “Meet the Press”, Dr. Kara Powell who is the Executive Director of the Fuller Youth Institute and a faculty member at Fuller Theological Seminary, and Jason Petty, also known as Propaganda, a Los Angeles-based hip-hop and spoken word artist who aims to communicate in any creative form possible. We urge you to attend Q Commons in whatever city you find yourself a leader!
