Mrs. Marvin's Corner
Thank you to SSO and for providing the teachers and staff dinner on conference nights. It was delicious. Also, thank you to all of the parents who attended conferences this week. We appreciate the time we spend with you talking about your awesome children. Next week will be an exciting week for St. Mary's School with the "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" Walkathon. The "Make a Difference" Social Justice Club has been busy preparing the props for the Real-Life Refugee Simulation. We are very excited for the Bishop's Visit and the students have made a special gift for him that reflects on their experiences at St. Mary's School and in Catholic Education. have a blessed week and we look forward to the upcoming festivities this week.

Field Trips to Ramseyer Farm and The Wayne County Historical Society
The First Grade Class visited Ramsyer Farm this week and enjoyed the crisp weather and all of the fall activities. The corn cribs were a huge favorite, along with the crate maize and picking pumpkins. The Third and Fourth Grade Classes Visited the Wayne County Historical Society and were introduced to a variety of experiences about how people lived in the early years of the county. The great thing about the Historical Society is that it is across the street from the school.
