One Team - One Goal - No Limits!
AMAZING!
This week as the administrative team walked through classrooms we were AMAZED! The level of engagement for the first week of school is a testament to your preparedness. I could write a book on the numerous outstanding things we witnessed, I will highlight a few:
- students setting up content notebooks
- teachers reviewing and solidifying "the basics" that are the building blocks for complex learning
- teaching and practicing the use of manners
- teambuilding
- teaching the proper use of technology in a school setting
- group work
- teamwork - teachers helping teachers, teachers helping custodians, paraprofessionals helping everyone
- teaching students to think before they speak
- relationship building using Dr. Jackson's 4 Questions:
- Who do you live with?
- What are your parents' names?
- Why are you coming to school?
- How can I help you?
