Instructional Learning Plans
Teachers, last week I sent out a new ILP tracking form I created for us to better track students who are not meeting standards.
Here is the system to start with, and tweak as we go:
- Please fill in the names of your students who you have given an ILP to, approximately mid-trimester for those who are not meeting standards
- Turn in your ILPs to me Prior to meeting with families for me to sign, and review.
- I will then turn them back to you for your records. (feel free to shred at the end of the year!)
- These are not to be kept in the student's CUM folder since the Report card already states that they had an ILP (checked boxes on the 2nd pg. of the RC)
- This spreadsheet will also allow the COST team, and the RTI team to review who has had one, and if they are also the students they serve.
- This tracker will also allow us to better see who is in need of an SST early on, to provide additional supports and services.
I will keep this tracker and the new ILP form in the Drive for easy access.

Have the student begin the assessment. Have them click the “review” button at the top right, then click “submit”
