Parent-Teacher Conferences Coming Soon
Dear Parents/Guardians of Students at Half Day School and Daniel Wright Junior High School,
Our Winter Remote Parent-Teacher Conferences via Zoom are scheduled from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24 and Thursday, Feb. 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Conference scheduling in our PTC Wizard system will open Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 10:00 a.m. and close on Monday, Feb. 22, at 11:55 p.m.
Only the primary parent/guardian contact for your student (as parents identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration, only one per family) will receive an email communication from PTC Wizard the morning of Thursday, Feb. 11 around 10 a.m. with your login credentials. Although conference scheduling will not open up until Tuesday, Feb. 16, please try to log into the system to test your credentials. (If the primary family contact has not not received the email from PTC Wizard, please contact your student’s respective school.)

Please see important information below:
The PTC Wizard login information will come from the email address: support@ptcwizard.com with the subject, “Your PTC Wizard Login”. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it by 12:00 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11.
Only the guardian/parent who is indicated in our system as primary contact will receive the login information from PTC Wizard. Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that our families with two households collaborate to find a time for both parents to attend each teacher conference.
Parents with students at both Half Day School and Daniel Wright Jr High School will have the option to schedule conferences across both schools with the same PTC Wizard account.
Conference length at Half Day is 15 minutes total.
Daniel Wright parents can only schedule two 10 minute conferences out of the five core subjects with those teachers. More information will be coming on this in another email.
Sprague teachers are scheduling their own conferences. If you have a child at Sprague look for information to come directly from your child’s teacher.
On or before the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 24, a Zoom link for individual conferences will be emailed directly to parents from the scheduled teacher. If you have any log in issues, please contact your student’s teacher. Translator services are available for our families who may require that service. Please contact your child’s school as soon as possible if you are in need of a translator for your conferences.
Thank you,
Craig Chatham

Leave Your Legacy in D103
The D103 Learning Fund Foundation invites your family to leave a legacy at D103 with the launch of the Legacy Brick Fundraiser. With the completion of the Daniel Wright construction project, the Foundation invites families to donate $100 to inscript their name on a brick pathway outside the remodeled school.
This LFF Legacy Brick Fundraiser video, narrated by Daniel Wright Principal Michelle Blackley and featuring the new school mascot, outlines the project. This is a great opportunity to bring our community together, so please consider a donation. The Learning Fund and all of our schools appreciate your generous support.
